Wedge news UPDATE We showed model of this wedge to NZ Coastal Policy Statement Review Board of Enquiry on 18th November. We hope to show it in TCC some time. We think it could be good near start of Papamoa. By the way "Frasers Papamoa" have Publicly Notified buildings of 3, 4 and 5 storey at 30 Papamoa Beach Road, the site of earlier 7 storey proposed inland high rise by the "lake". Its pleasing to see the developers moderating heights.
